Personal Assistance Plans are developed for all residents to ensure optimum health and well-being, while maintaining dignity and choice. Comprehensive assistance plans are carefully refined by our care team and are based on input from the family, the resident's physician and the resident.
Families should be prepared to provide information on the resident's current lifestyle, customary routine, preferences, etc. Using the personal assistance plan approach, families have a better idea of the needs of their loved one. Some of our residents need minimal assistance while others require around-the-clock care. An estimate for these services will be presented upon completion of the initial resident assessment by our Director of Health Services. Our staff provides ongoing assessment and detailed documentation of activities of daily living. Residents and family members are kept informed regularly of changes in needs assessment.
