Each activity is planned and scheduled each month so our residents know what to expect on a daily basis. Detailed records are kept of assistance plans and staff time utilized to provide care. You only pay for services rendered. An estimate for these services will be presented upon completion of the initial resident assessment by our Director of Health Services.
Personal Assistance Plans are developed for all residents to ensure optimum health and well-being, while maintaining dignity and choice. Comprehensive assistance plans are carefully refined by our care team and are based on input from the family, the resident's physician and the resident.
Families should be prepared to provide information on the resident's prior life, customary routine, preferences, etc. Using the personal assistance plan approach, families have a better idea of the needs of their loved one. Some of our residents need minimal assistance while others require around the clock care. At Keystone Woods, our staff provides ongoing assessment and detailed documentation to keep your activities of daily living current. Residents and family members are kept informed regularly of changes in needs assessment.
