I am writing on behalf of my family to express our sincere appreciation for the care and hospitality our mother...received while living at Keystone Woods. The staff strived to make her transition into assisted living as smooth as possible for her and the family.
The facility at Keystone Woods is very nice and the recent renovations have made it even nicer. However, as nice as your facility is, that is not your top attraction. Your staff is.
I work for a company that stresses customer service. We have numerous seminars throughout the year and are frequently graded by mystery shoppers. But there is one thing I've learned through the years about customer service training. You can't teach people to care. You can teach them what to say and how they should react to certain situations, but you can't teach them to truly care. That has to come from within. The staff at Keystone Woods truly cares.
My sisters...and I (along with our families) would like you to accept the enclosed check... Please use it as a celebration for your staff.
